The MeetMarket, launched at last year's AIDC in Melbourne, provides an opportunity for creative and original ideas to be fast-tracked in a supportive, structured setting.. A joint initiative of the AFC and the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC), the MeetMarket facilitates over 200 one-on-one meetings during the conference, involving 40 buyers and 25 selected projects.

The site includes programs and tools to assist with the formation, development and sustenance of Child Friendly Community Action Networks, to support parents themselves, and to encourage the general public to 'take the child friendly challenge' and make a positive difference to children's and young people's lives.
