Journalist/Communications. Katie Sutherland has worked as a print and radio journalist, and was founder/director of branding consultancy Trilogy Integrated Communication. She has over 15 years industry experience and is currently employed by ARMEDIA as journalist/editor on publications such as childcare magazine Rattler. Art Director. Deborah Kelly has over 20 years' experience in the conception and design of communications projects. She specialises in creative print media for unions, women’s, environment and multicultural groups and projects – with an emphasis on newspapers, magazines, posters and brochures. She was a creative director at Social Change Media in its Melbourne and Sydney offices for eight years.

Deborah won an ABSP Bell Award and three High Commendations for Publishing Excellence in 2005 and 2006.

She also has an established history as a drummer in a rock’n’roll band. Just don’t try to talk to her before lunchtime.

Designer. Before joining ARMEDIA, Kimberley Crofts worked with de Luxe & Associates for eight years. Her range of skills includes typography, photography, illustration and publishing, and she has worked with clients ranging from the Belvoir St Theatre to Fairfax Publications. She also teaches publication design at Billy Blue.
